Your online shopping experience with Human Touch Designs is
provided by etsy.com.  This wonderful community is unique from other
online shopping experiences.  There are no auctions, ever!  All items
sold on etsy are handcrafted, and many talented artisans offer their
work to the public.  If you wish to make a purchase, you will be asked to
register and login to etsy.com.  All purchases are secure through
Paypal.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ AND REVIEW ALL STORE
POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

PAYMENT
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Money orders are also
accepted. Personal checks are NOT accepted. I reserve the right to
cancel the sale and relist if payment is not received within five business
days.

SHIPPING POLICY
Upon receipt of payment, your order will ship within 24 hours (or within
48 hours if purchase is made on Saturday) via USPS First Class and
will include delivery confirmation and insurance.

PAYMENT METHODS
I accept PayPal and money orders. Personal checks are NOT
accepted. If you have not paid within 5 days, I reserve the right to cancel
your transaction and re-list the item.

REFUND POLICY
It is our goal to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Refunds, less shipping costs, will be issued within 7 days of purchase if
you are unsatisfied with your purchase. An item may be returned for
store credit or reworking within 30 days of purchase. There will be NO
refunds, exchanges, or free reworking after 30 days from the date of
purchase.

FEEDBACK
Feedback will be processed as soon as delivery confirmation is
received. Please leave feedback for me upon receipt of your purchase,
as it is vital to the success of my shop!

CUSTOM ORDERS
At your request, I will create a custom piece of jewelry for you. Please
contact me for more information. Your request will be temporarily
worked, and you will receive pictures via email of the proposed piece.
Once I have received approval and full payment, your item will ship as
outlined in our policies above. PLEASE NOTE: custom orders cannot
be returned for store credit. They can only be reworked.  A 50% deposit
is required for all custom purchases.

CAUSE & AWARENESS JEWELRY
30% off the sales price on ALL cause and awareness jewelry is
donated to the charity listed within the item description. If you choose to
buy a custom awareness piece, 30% of the sales price will be donated
to a charity of your choosing.
